Vegan hand roll on a bamboo board

Vegan Sushi Hand Roll, naturally gluten-free

Love both refreshing sushi and convenient burrito? Looking for meatless recipes but bored of salad plates? Try making this cute veggie hand roll and you will satisfy your sushi craving in 30 mins!

What is the difference between a hand roll and a sushi roll?

Hand rolls are like easy sushi to me. No cutting after rolling, and no chopsticks needed for serving! Some also call hand roll a cone sushi because of the shape. It is easy to hold and pretty in picture.

Similar to sushi, I like to season my rice with @marukanvinegar . It comes with simple ingredients and definitely brings your hand rolls to the next level!!

These delicious hand rolls are:

  • Always gluten-free and dairy-free
  • Vegan and vegetarian
  • Affordable (talking about meal planning on a budget!)
  • Available (you can easily find the ingredients you need!)
  • Easy and delicious!

How do you fold a hand roll?

It takes a bit of practice to get the hang of this. Hope the video below helps!
