  • 1/2 tsp Ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Fine sea salt
  • 1/2 cup Coconut oil melted and cooled
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar packed
  • 1 tsp Ground flaxseed + 2 tbsp filtered water
  • 1 cup Carrots shredded
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
