Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 cup Gluten-free oat flour I simply measured 1/2 cup Quaker gluten-free quick oats and blended it into flour in my magic bullet
  • 1/3 cup Sweetened green tea powder
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 11/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 cup Coconut oil use refined for lighter taste
  • 3 tbsp Filtered water
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • When the crackers finish baking, remove baking sheet from oven and let cool briefly until crackers hold their shape and can be picked up without crumbling, about 5 mins
  • Using a heat-proof spatula or tongs, transfer crackers to cooling rack to completely cool
  • Serve with the classic dark chocolate and toasted marshmallows, or for an Asian twist toasted mochi and sweetened adzuki bean paste. Enjoy!
