When the crackers finish baking, remove baking sheet from oven and let cool briefly until crackers hold their shape and can be picked up without crumbling, about 5 mins
Using a heat-proof spatula or tongs, transfer crackers to cooling rack to completely cool
Serve with the classic dark chocolate and toasted marshmallows, or for an Asian twist toasted mochi and sweetened adzuki bean paste. Enjoy!
